Platform teams at WPP Media were losing hours to stale playbooks, scattered docs, and repeated questions. The cost wasn't just time — it was inconsistent client answers and slower decisions.
I scoped the real bottleneck as a knowledge-structure problem, not a headcount problem. I built an AI-enabled support agent anchored to a reusable knowledge spine, designed the workflows around how platform teams actually work, and framed the whole thing as a scalable internal product.
